How prepared are you for the coming crises?
A recent speech by Paul Gildings to business leaders is salient to all of us. Consistent with his recent book “the Great Disruption” he still warns of a number of immanent crises, including environmental, social and economic – for example, a global economy trapped between debt and growth. Yet he also has a message of hope; that those who can transcend the current denial and start to prepare for the crises will find solutions and ways to survive and maybe even prosper in a greatly changed future. He is very clear that the crisis has already begun, and that now is the time to start preparing our strategies for adaptation.
