By that time, according to power analysts, there will no shortage of renewables and storage to ensure adequate supply. Yallourn is one of the dirtiest, oldest and probably the most unreliable coal fired power station in Australia and provided employees are treated fairly and compassionately, its removal from the grid will not be missed” – DEA Board Member, John Iser.
